What's in my cup?


Honey Cinnamon Latte, 

For the lady that needs to get things done be it house work, exams, shopping trips or a crazy day at work. 

This Latte is always my go to for an energized productive treat for myself to get-it-done type day. 

Drinking a honey cinnamon latte doesn't or shouldn't make you feel guilty. it's naturally sweetened and according to a calorie counter for the 1 tsp you need it's only like 22 calories + the calories in the milk you use!! 

Just make sure to get Ceylon cinnamon, or stick to a small dose if you're using the Cassia variety of cinnamon. 


What you need: 

1 TBSP. Pre-brewed espresso shot or powder

8oz Almond or Whole Organic Milk

1 tsp. Honey

1/4 tsp. Ground Cinnamon


Place pre-brewed espresso powder or shot, honey and cinnamon in your favorite mug. Place milk in a sauce pan over high heat using a handheld frothier to froth while keeping the milk from burning. Heat only to 155 or 175. 

Pour just a little bit in first and stir until coffee, honey and cinnamon is combined. Finish pouring milk in. 


p.s if this seems like to much work just stop at you're favorite coffee shop!!
